Key Requirements

Strong understanding of Global Markets roles and talent landscapes.

Excellent direct sourcing skills and an established industry network.

Experience managing senior stakeholders and multiple searches.

Proficiency in ATS, Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter, with strong confidentiality practices.
