Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage end-to-end recruitment across global markets, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers. Support ATS migration, HR systems management, and recruitment process improvements. Coordinate global mobility, including employee relocations and internal transfers. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver efficient hiring processes and a positive candidate experience.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

4+ years of talent acquisition experience in an international or fast-paced environment.

Strong expertise in global recruitment, interviewing, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms.

Experience with HR systems, recruitment metrics, and global mobility processes.

Strong communication, prioritization, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; ATS migration experience is highly preferred.
