Student Counsellor & Education Consultant

Roobaroo.ai is seeking a well-connected Student Counsellor & Education Consultant in the UAE to support enrolments for its Dubai Winter Camp and Internship Program at SP Jain Global, scheduled for 16–21 December 2026.

The role involves counselling students and parents, managing enquiries and follow-ups, driving enrolments, and building partnerships with schools, education consultants, and parent communities across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Contact students and parents through calls and WhatsApp to manage enquiries and follow-ups.

Understand students’ interests and explain program benefits, schedules, pricing, and career-development opportunities.

Build trust with families and drive enrolments against weekly targets.

Develop referral partnerships with schools, career counsellors, study-abroad consultants, tutors, and parent communities.

Support information sessions, workshops, webinars, and local networking activities.

Maintain lead records, follow-ups, payments, and enrolment confirmations using Excel or CRM tools.

Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.

Share local education-market insights and parent feedback.

Key Requirements

UAE residency with a valid visa and the required authorization to work.

1–3+ years of experience in student counselling, university admissions, study abroad, career counselling, or education sales.

An established network among UAE schools or Indian parent communities is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable communicating in English; Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Arabic is an advantage.

Basic Excel, CRM, and lead-management skills.

Comfortable with calls, follow-ups, performance targets, and flexible working hours.

Weekend availability preferred.

Compensation Options

Commission-only: Tiered commission of 3%–5% on confirmed enrolments, subject to the final commission structure.

Fixed + variable: AED 1,000 per month plus 3% commission on confirmed enrolments, based on the agreed structure.
