Senior GenAI Consultant

Our client is looking for an experienced GenAI Programme Lead to scale 3–5 Generative AI proofs of concept into live, governed services within two quarters. This project-based role will lead production delivery, establish responsible AI governance aligned with UAE policies and data regulations, and design an AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) for long-term operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead 3–5 GenAI use cases from business case development through production deployment.

Conduct prioritisation workshops with directors and executive sponsors, evaluating business value, feasibility and risk.

Translate business requirements into solution specifications for LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI.

Define success KPIs and monitor adoption and value realisation after go-live.

Develop a responsible AI framework covering model risk, data privacy, human oversight and approval processes.

Design the AI CoE operating model, including roles, governance forums, intake processes and vendor management.

Prepare executive-level updates and steering committee presentations.

Coach client teams to ensure sustainable in-house AI capabilities.

Key Requirements

7+ years of consulting experience, including at least 3 years in AI, data or digital transformation at a Big 4, strategy firm or equivalent consultancy.

Current or recent Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director-level experience.

Hands-on experience delivering at least one GenAI or LLM solution into production.

Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases and agentic AI workflows.

Experience with an enterprise AI platform such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.

Proven experience presenting to C-suite executives and government stakeholders.

GCC project experience, preferably with public-sector clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Arabic language skills.

Python and prototyping experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.

Knowledge of UAE AI and data regulations, ISO 42001 or NIST AI RMF.

Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty or Google Cloud ML certifications.

Experience establishing an AI Centre of Excellence or digital transformation office.
