Infrastructure Manager

AIQU is hiring an Infrastructure Manager for a major client based in Dubai, UAE. The role requires an experienced IT infrastructure professional to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure platforms, including Dell VxRail Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), VMware environments, and Microsoft/Linux-based servers.

Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, managing server resources, performing software upgrades and security patching, conducting infrastructure health checks, and supporting disaster recovery operations. The candidate will oversee backup environments, manage incidents through ServiceNow, maintain infrastructure documentation, and support project deployments and critical technical issues.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification, along with at least eight years of relevant experience. Strong hands-on knowledge of VMware, Dell VxRail, storage, networking, backup solutions, and Windows/Linux operating systems is required. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15–30 days are preferred.
