Site Engineer – Fit-Out & Architecture

TASC Outsourcing is hiring a Site Engineer – Fit-Out & Architecture for a high-end villa project in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will supervise finishing, interior fit-out, architectural, and MEP works, ensuring all activities meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, consultants, and suppliers; reviewing shop drawings; monitoring kitchen, aluminum, furniture, interior, and AV installations; inspecting materials and deliveries; and identifying defective or non-compliant work. The engineer will also maintain site records, track project progress, prepare snag lists, verify completion of outstanding works, and support final inspections and handover.

Applicants should hold a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field, with strong experience in site supervision and finishing works. Knowledge of MEP coordination, quality inspections, and handover procedures is required. High-end residential project experience and immediate availability are preferred.
