Senior Consultant CRM Specialist

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – CRM Specialist for a leading banking client in Dubai. The role involves customising and developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, building Power Platform applications and portals, and integrating CRM systems with other business applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, secure and efficient CRM solutions. This is a 12-month renewable contract with an onsite working arrangement.

Key Requirements

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Strong development skills in C#, including plugins and custom workflow activities, and JavaScript for form scripting.

Experience with CRM configuration, customisation, data and security models, and business process flows.

Hands-on expertise in Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate and D365 Web API integrations.

Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, SSRS or equivalent CRM reporting, and Agile project delivery.
