Concierge Intern

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking a Concierge Intern to support its Concierge team in delivering exceptional five-star guest experiences. The role involves understanding guest preferences, providing personalised recommendations, assisting with sightseeing and cultural activities, arranging restaurant reservations, coordinating transportation, and supporting airline bookings.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of guest requests and confirmations, sharing important information with colleagues, providing details about hotel facilities, and offering helpful guidance on Dubai’s attractions, transport options, dining, shopping, and entertainment. The intern will build positive guest relationships and help ensure a smooth experience from arrival to departure.

Candidates must have a senior school qualification or equivalent, at least one luxury hospitality internship, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent English communication abilities. A hospitality diploma and additional language skills are advantageous. Applicants must be available from December through June.
