Security Supervisor

Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking an experienced security professional to support daily security operations and ensure the safety of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property. The ideal candidate will have luxury hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a professional approach to security management.

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Strong English communication skills.

SIRA Security License is an advantage.

Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy, discretion, and professionalism.

Strong awareness of security procedures and emergency protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily security operations and help ensure guest and employee safety.

Control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and contractors.

Prevent unauthorised access to hotel floors and restricted areas.

Record and monitor belongings entering and leaving through staff entrances and loading docks.

Patrol assigned areas and remain informed about hotel events and daily operations.

Support emergency procedure training and coordinate with local law enforcement when required.

Coordinate Security Officers and Guards to maintain expected performance standards.
