CUSTOMER SERVICE/COORDINATOR- LOGISTICS FIELD

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/ coordinator role

Must have working knowledge in CALOGI and SAS system

Cargo accounting knowledge required.

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Spouse vise preferred.

Coordinate the delivery, storage, and distribution of construction materials, MEP equipment, and critical infrastructure components across project sites

Manage shipment tracking, customs clearance activities, import/export documentation, and communication with logistics partners

Develop and maintain logistics plans, delivery schedules, and site access arrangements to support project requirements

Monitor inventory levels and warehouse activities, ensuring materials are available when required

Collaborate with procurement, project, and construction teams to resolve delivery challenges and minimise project delays

Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment trackers, KPI reports, and performance data

Support the implementation of efficient logistics processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, customs requirements, company policies, and Health, Safety & Environmental standards
