Behavioural & Psychometric Assessor

ICAN MENA is seeking experienced Behavioural & Psychometric Assessors to support leadership assessments, executive selection, and talent development engagements across public and private sector organisations.

The role involves administering and interpreting psychometric assessments, conducting competency-based interviews, evaluating leadership potential and behavioural competencies, and identifying development needs. Assessors will prepare comprehensive reports with evidence-based insights and actionable recommendations, as well as deliver individual feedback sessions to candidates and clients.

Candidates must hold BPS Level A & B certifications and have demonstrated experience using Saville, SHL, or Hogan assessment tools. A minimum of five years of relevant assessment experience, including work with senior management and executive-level professionals, is required. Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills are essential. Arabic and English proficiency and GCC organisational experience are advantageous.
