Scrum Master (Data) – Airline Domain Expert

HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong data project delivery experience to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of Data and Digital initiatives. Airline domain expertise is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.

Identify and remove delivery impediments while managing risks and dependencies.

Coordinate Data, Engineering, QA, Business, and other cross-functional teams.

Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates.

Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder communication.

Ensure timely delivery of Data and Digital initiatives.

Key Requirements

8+ years of overall IT experience.

5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master.

Experience managing Scrum teams working on Data projects.

Mandatory: SAFe Scrum Master certification.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivery governance.

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualification

Airline domain experience is an advantage.
