Sales Promoter / Sales Associate – Power Tools

A company in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Sales Promoter / Sales Associate to promote and demonstrate power tools in a retail environment on a six-month outsourced contract. The role involves explaining product features and benefits, assisting customers in selecting suitable products, and driving sales through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.

Responsibilities include supporting upselling and cross-selling, maintaining attractive product displays, building relationships with customers and store staff, monitoring competitor activity, and sharing market feedback. The candidate will also contribute to a positive customer experience and help achieve sales targets.

Applicants should have previous experience in retail sales, sales promotion, or customer-facing roles. Experience with power tools, hardware, construction tools, or electrical products is preferred. Strong communication and product-demonstration skills, good spoken English, and flexibility to work shifts are required.
