Sales Promoter / Sales Associate

A Sales Promoter / Sales Associate is required to promote products, engage customers and drive sales within retail stores across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, strong communication skills and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Requirements

Prior experience in sales is mandatory.

Experience in retail sales, sales promotion, customer service or merchandising is preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-engagement skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.

Good product presentation, demonstration and selling skills.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

UAE retail experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Promote products and explain features, benefits, pricing and offers.

Engage customers, demonstrate products and identify their needs.

Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain product displays, merchandising standards and stock availability.

Support promotional campaigns, product launches and in-store activations.

Share customer feedback and competitor insights with the sales team.
