Restaurant Fit-Out Project Manager

971 Hospitality Limited is seeking an experienced Restaurant Fit-Out Project Manager to lead the development of two new restaurant venues in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role involves overseeing the complete fit-out lifecycle, coordinating contractors and consultants, controlling budgets and timelines, and ensuring both venues are ready for opening.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full fit-out lifecycle, from design development and tendering through construction, testing, and handover.

Coordinate both projects simultaneously across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Work with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, kitchen designers, and contractors.

Manage project budgets, schedules, cost plans, procurement, and contractor selection.

Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and health and safety standards.

Secure relevant municipality, Civil Defence, and food safety approvals in both emirates.

Manage variations, claims, change orders, and technical issues.

Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

Collaborate with chefs, operations teams, and pre-opening management to meet operational requirements.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.

Proven UAE experience managing restaurant, F&B, hospitality, or retail fit-out projects.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commercial kitchen requirements, including ventilation, gas, drainage, and fire safety.

Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and Dubai authority approval processes.

Expertise in budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and contract administration.

Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Valid UAE driving licence for travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

PMP or an equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
