Establish release readiness criteria, deployment checklists, rollback plans and post-release validation processes.

Track dependencies, risks and release activities using tools such as JIRA.

Implement release monitoring dashboards and KPIs covering deployment frequency, release success, rollback rates, lead time and incidents.

Report release performance to leadership and continuously improve automation, governance and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Release Lead or Release Manager in large-scale enterprise technology environments.

Experience managing releases across multiple applications, environments, integrations and technology teams.

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated deployments, containerisation and BDD.

Familiarity with monitoring tools, deployment toolsets, JIRA and release/change management processes.

Strong knowledge of enterprise change governance, CAB approvals, release controls and production deployment practices.

Excellent stakeholder coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluent Arabic is mandatory.
