Project Coordinator – Compliance

Binance is seeking a Project Coordinator – Compliance to support compliance initiatives and regulatory remediation projects. The role involves tracking project timelines, deliverables and dependencies, preparing documentation and status reports, coordinating meetings, and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of commitments. Responsibilities also include supporting compliance vendor deployments, assisting with process mapping and workflow improvements, researching AML/CFT topics, and preparing reports and presentations. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and more than three years of experience in compliance, project coordination, product or system lifecycle management, or related roles. Strong English communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel, Python or similar tools are required. Crypto or fintech experience is an advantage.
