Programme manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology and data transformation initiatives across multiple corporate functions, including Data, Technology, Audit, Finance, and Marketing. The role focuses on programme delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement, and achieving measurable business outcomes in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and data transformation programmes.

Manage programme roadmaps, budgets, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.

Drive enterprise data, analytics, data governance, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.

Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive reporting.

Coordinate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Audit, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Technology.

Manage vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, change control, and programme benefits.

Drive change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

10+ years of programme and project management experience in large enterprise environments.

Proven track record delivering complex technology and data transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of enterprise technology, data management, analytics, and digital transformation.

Experience managing cross-functional programmes in highly regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services.

Strong expertise in programme governance, budgeting, risk management, vendor management, and executive reporting.

Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, Agile, or equivalent certification.

Experience with enterprise data, cloud, analytics, AI, business intelligence, and data governance initiatives.
