Programme Manager (Data & Enterprise Technology Transformation)

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead strategic data and enterprise technology transformation initiatives across multiple corporate functions. The successful candidate will oversee complex programmes spanning Data, Technology, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Risk, and Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and data transformation programmes.

Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, budgets, milestones, resource plans, risks, and dependencies.

Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive reporting structures.

Drive initiatives across enterprise data platforms, analytics, data governance, and reporting.

Support cloud adoption, automation, modern data architectures, and digital transformation.

Engage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.

Present programme progress, risks, achievements, and recommendations to executive leadership.

Identify and mitigate programme risks, issues, and dependencies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and governance standards.

Manage budgets, forecasts, vendors, consultants, and resource allocation.

Track programme benefits, KPIs, and return on investment.

Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption initiatives.

Key Requirements

10+ years of programme and project management experience in large enterprise environments.

Proven track record delivering complex technology and data transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of enterprise technology, data management, analytics, and digital transformation.

Experience managing cross-functional programmes involving Finance, Audit, Marketing, Operations, and Technology.

Experience in highly regulated industries, preferably financial services or banking.

Strong expertise in programme governance, budgeting, vendor management, and risk management.

Proven ability to manage senior executives and steering committees.

Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, Agile, or equivalent programme management certification.

Experience with enterprise data, cloud, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of data governance, AI, business intelligence, and enterprise reporting technologies.
