Product Quality Controller

We are looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Management Coordinator to handle tenant maintenance complaints, coordinate maintenance works, conduct site inspections, and monitor watchmen performance.

Key Requirements

Valid UAE driving licence

Own visa is mandatory

Technical knowledge of facilities management

Customer relations experience

Knowledge of systems, email, and Microsoft Office

Arabic and English language skills preferred

Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities

Receive and manage maintenance complaints from tenants and watchmen

Conduct site inspections and visits as required

Coordinate maintenance issues with contractors and the maintenance team

Prepare Claim IDs for maintenance-related work

Submit maintenance status updates and monthly reports

Monitor watchmen performance and training progress
