Product Owner (Data) – Airline Domain Expert

HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong data project expertise and airline domain knowledge to define product strategy, manage backlogs, and drive the delivery of data initiatives. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to deliver data solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Requirements

8+ years of overall IT experience.

5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner.

Strong experience delivering data projects with Agile/Scrum teams.

Expertise in product backlog management, prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Experience working with Data Engineering, Data Analytics, QA, Architecture, and Engineering teams.

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmaps, objectives, and priorities for data initiatives.

Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value and technical dependencies.

Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, UAT, and stakeholder sign-offs.

Validate delivered features against business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
