Job Description
Seeking an experienced O2C Transformation Expert to support a short-term transformation assignment, focusing on process optimization, operating-model improvement, technology, governance and service delivery within a GBS/Shared Services environment.
Key Requirements
- Strong O2C transformation experience within GBS / Shared Services / SSC
- Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C, collections and receivables
- Experience in finance transformation, process optimisation or operating-model redesign
- Knowledge of GBS/SSC setup and shared-services maturity assessments
- Experience with ERP, automation and digital finance transformation
- Strong knowledge of governance, KPIs, SLAs and performance frameworks
- Strong analytical, advisory and stakeholder-management skills
- Consulting/transformation mindset preferred
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
