Monitorship Coordinator

Job Description

Coordinate compliance projects, track timelines and deliverables, and support remediation commitments. Prepare project reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Compliance, product or system lifecycle management, vendor coordination, or project coordination.

Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Fluency in English and the ability to coordinate with international stakeholders across time zones.

Tech-savvy with knowledge of Excel, Python, or similar tools; crypto, fintech, AML/CFT, or blockchain analytics experience is an advantage.
