Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

Terracotta Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant for a one-year contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in implementing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions within complex enterprise environments.

The role involves gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, designing technical solutions, configuring CRM modules, developing custom plugins and workflows, and managing integrations with external enterprise applications. The consultant will work extensively with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, Power Platform, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Custom APIs, and Dataverse Web API.

The candidate will also design and maintain integrations using REST APIs and Azure Integration Services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus. Additional responsibilities include preparing functional and technical documentation, troubleshooting system issues, supporting testing and deployment, optimizing application performance, and ensuring reliable data exchange between systems.
