Lead SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to lead a greenfield SAP HR transformation for a major UAE enterprise group. The role will act as the client-side HR Design Authority, overseeing solution design, implementation quality, and functional alignment across HR, Payroll, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

Review and challenge implementation partner designs to ensure alignment with SAP best practices.

Lead fit-gap workshops, configuration, SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover, and hypercare.

Manage role-based permissions (RBP), workflows, data privacy, and system integrations.

Oversee integrations with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and third-party applications.

Redesign HR processes to standardise capabilities and minimise custom development.

Ensure implementation quality through effective vendor governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Requirements

5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience.

At least one full end-to-end implementation covering Employee Central and Talent, Time, or Payroll.

Strong knowledge of vendor governance, data migration, RBP, and stakeholder management.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred.

UAE/GCC HR and Payroll localisation experience is an advantage.
