IT Transformation Consultant

Tandem Interim is partnering with a leading global management consultancy to recruit an IT Transformation Consultant for a high-profile client programme. The role focuses on IT strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud migration and end-to-end transformation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver IT transformation roadmaps, including target operating models, application rationalisation and cloud migration.

Assess existing infrastructure, applications, data and IT governance, and define target-state architecture.

Manage PMO workstreams, project planning, risks, issues, dependencies and steering committee reporting.

Lead vendor evaluations, RFP processes and business cases covering TCO and ROI.

Align transformation initiatives with TOGAF, ITIL 4, COBIT and applicable regulatory and data-residency requirements.

Engage with CIO/CTO stakeholders and consulting partners to drive change and adoption.

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT transformation, IT strategy or large-scale technology delivery.

Essential: Experience with a Tier 1, Tier 2 or Big 4 consultancy.

Hands-on experience in cloud migration across Azure, AWS or GCP, ERP or core-system modernisation, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery.

Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, IT operating models and IT cost optimisation.

Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

GCC public- or private-sector experience is highly desirable.

Preferred Certifications

TOGAF, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or SAFe.
