Governance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Delivery & Governance Lead to oversee a complex programme involving multiple vendors, business functions, and technology teams. The successful candidate will drive integrated planning, programme governance, delivery execution, and senior stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Own the integrated programme plan across vendors and workstreams, including Intellect, China Systems, and Veefin.

Lead programme governance, including steering committees, PMO reviews, executive reporting, RAIDD management, and decision forums.

Manage cross-vendor dependencies, resolve delivery blockers, and escalate issues when required.

Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.

Align release plans, milestones, testing, operational readiness, and production deployments.

Key Requirements

Proven experience leading complex end-to-end programmes involving multiple vendors and workstreams.

Strong experience establishing and managing programme governance.

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Ability to challenge delivery teams, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability.

Experience coordinating testing, release readiness, and production deployment activities.
