Freelance Meta Ads Specialist

The successful candidate will manage Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns targeting founders, CEOs, and HR or talent leaders at startups and scaleups across the UAE. Responsibilities include setting up conversion tracking, writing ad copy, testing 4–6 ad variations, optimising campaign performance, and providing weekly updates and a final campaign report. Candidates should have proven experience with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion events, and custom audiences, preferably in B2B, technology, or professional services.
