Food Safety & Inspection Instructor (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description

Deliver training and assessments for a short-term food safety and inspection program.

Train participants on food handling, processing standards, cleaning, sanitization, and temperature control.

Provide practical guidance on HACCP principles and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).

Promote safe food practices, personal hygiene, and illness management procedures.

Key Requirements

Arabic-speaking candidate with practical experience in food safety and inspection.

Knowledge of cross-contamination prevention and food processing standards.

Understanding of cleaning, sanitization, chilling, and temperature control procedures.

Familiarity with FSMS and HACCP principles.

Knowledge of personal hygiene and illness management in food handling environments.
