Fit-Out Engineer – Commercial / Healthcare Facilities

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Engineer to manage fit-out and refurbishment activities within commercial and healthcare facilities. The role involves reviewing interior design, signage, and technical submissions; coordinating permits, NOCs, and authority approvals; and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with tenants, consultants, contractors, and internal teams; preparing scopes of work and technical specifications; monitoring project progress, quality, costs, and timelines; and managing projects from design review through execution, snagging, completion, and handover. The engineer will also maintain project documentation, prepare inspection reports, and follow up on defects and corrective actions.

Candidates must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and have 6–8 years of experience in commercial fit-out, interior projects, property development, or facilities/project management. UAE experience is strongly preferred.
