Finance Manager

Al Tayer Insignia, a leading luxury retail group in the GCC, is seeking a qualified finance professional to support management on financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The role focuses on maintaining accurate accounts, safeguarding company assets, managing financial controls, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and corporate policies.

Key Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

4–5 years of post-qualification experience.

Knowledge of international accounting practices and IFRS.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exposure to ERP solutions.

Strong financial analysis, numerical, and research skills.

Excellent organisational, planning, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Support management with budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, and financial reporting.

Coordinate annual accounts consolidation and external audits.

Monitor budgetary controls, company assets, purchases, and inventory.

Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with financial procedures.

Manage credit controls, debtor ageing, collections, and payment processes.

Oversee accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.

Monitor cash flow, banking facilities, and foreign exchange requirements.

Review monthly and annual financial closing in line with IFRS and corporate policies.
