Finance Manager

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of the FTSE 100 Spirax Group, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. The role will support the EMEA Leadership team with accurate financial insights while ensuring compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and Group policies.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Significant experience in financial management, controlling, or accounting.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX.

Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.

Excellent English proficiency; additional local languages are preferred.

Experience with Power BI and a recognised professional accounting qualification are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and month-end reports.

Manage month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and cash flow.

Maintain financial controls and coordinate internal and external audits.

Support budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and strategic financial planning.

Drive process improvements, cost efficiency, and compliance with Group policies.
