Field Marketing & Events Specialist

Job Description

Execute B2B marketing events, including executive dinners, trade shows, and partner events, from planning through follow-up.Manage event agencies, vendors, logistics, budgets, contracts, and on-site delivery.

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or event management, managing events end to end.

Knowledge of UAE venues, event agencies, caterers, AV providers, and production suppliers.

Experience managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and tracking budgets.

Experience handling C-suite and senior enterprise audiences; Arabic fluency or working proficiency is required.

Willingness to attend evening events and travel within the UAE; AI, SaaS, ABM events, Salesforce, Splashthat, Asana, or Lemlist experience is an advantage.
