ERP Engineer

A well-known real estate brand is seeking an experienced ERP IT Application Engineer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Finance functional expertise. The role involves bridging business requirements, finance processes, and IT solutions while supporting ERP improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.

Key Requirements

10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with strong functional expertise in Finance.

Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank, Budgeting, VAT, and Cost Accounting.

Experience with ERP implementation, enhancements, testing, UAT, and ongoing application support.

Understanding of Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, and Production processes.

Strong business analysis, As-Is/To-Be process mapping, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Manufacturing experience, preferably in furniture, joinery, or cabinetry.

Knowledge of UAE VAT, production costing, and inventory valuation.

D365 F&O Finance certification, professional accounting qualifications, or Power BI experience.

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and document process improvements.

Configure, support, and troubleshoot D365 F&O Finance functionality.

Coordinate ERP implementation partners and technical teams.

Prepare functional specifications, SOPs, process flows, and user guides.

Support integrations, user training, go-live activities, and system enhancements.
