EC&C Recruiter

A globally recognised organisation is seeking a EC&C Recuiter professional to manage graduate, internship and entry-level recruitment programmes across the UAE. This opportunity offers exposure to senior stakeholders, hiring leaders and career development within a collaborative talent acquisition team.

Key Requirements

UAE National with a valid Family Book.

Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination or a related role.

Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to travel across the UAE for university open days and recruitment events.

Attention to detail and an interest in graduate and early-career recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end graduate, internship and entry-level recruitment.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment plans.

Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding.

Attend university open days and recruitment events across the UAE.

Maintain accurate ATS records and support recruitment reporting, compliance and performance tracking.
