E2E Delivery & Governance Lead – Banking Transformation

An experienced E2E Delivery & Governance Lead is required in Dubai for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This Director-level role involves leading end-to-end delivery across a major banking transformation programme, coordinating multiple workstreams, technology vendors, and business functions. Responsibilities include maintaining integrated programme plans, managing governance forums, tracking risks and dependencies, and overseeing delivery against agreed scope, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The candidate will coordinate testing, release planning, operational readiness, and go-live activities while providing clear executive reporting. Strong experience in banking transformation, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, RAIDD management, and senior-level decision-making is essential. UAE banking experience and familiarity with Intellect, China Systems, or Veefin are desirable.
