Digital & Data Solutions Intern

Merck is seeking a Digital & Data Solutions Intern to support its Omnichannel Strategy team. The role focuses on digital performance analysis, dashboard development, automated reporting, AI initiatives, process improvement, and website content management.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze digital performance data and develop dashboards and automated reports.

Identify process-improvement opportunities and support AI and automation initiatives.

Publish and manage website content using WordPress.

Help enhance digital platforms, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analysis.

Key Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Expected to graduate in Q3 2027 or later.

Fluent in English and available to work 30–40 hours per week.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Interest in data analysis, dashboard development, automation, AI tools, and WordPress.
