Demand Planner – DPS

Manpower Middle East is recruiting a Demand Planner – DPS for a leading multinational healthcare organisation on a nine-month contract, potentially renewable until July 2027. The role involves managing demand forecasting, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), inventory optimisation, product launches and CAPEX activities. Responsibilities include analysing planning KPIs, improving forecast accuracy, managing supply risks, reducing excess and obsolete inventory, and coordinating with commercial, finance, marketing, regulatory and supply chain teams. Candidates must hold a relevant bachelor's degree and have at least five years of supply chain or demand planning experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, SAP S/4HANA expertise, strong analytical abilities and effective stakeholder management are essential.
