Customer / Vendor Master Data Specialist

Transguard Workforce Solutions is hiring a Customer / Vendor Master Data Specialist for a prestigious client based in Dubai, UAE. The role will support an e-invoicing project by collecting, validating, cleansing, and maintaining accurate customer and vendor master data in line with approved business and regulatory requirements.

The specialist will verify registration documents, including trade licences and VAT certificates, update approved records in ERP systems, coordinate with internal teams and external customers or vendors, and track missing information through to resolution. Responsibilities also include maintaining remediation trackers, preparing progress reports, escalating unresolved discrepancies, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and completing the project handover.

Candidates should have around five years of relevant experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, ERP system experience, and a basic understanding of UAE or GCC VAT and taxation requirements. SAP experience is preferred.
