Card Payments Acceleration Lead

Tibula Consulting is seeking an experienced Card Payments Acceleration Lead for a 6-month outsourced consulting project in Dubai, UAE, with the possibility of extension. The role focuses on accelerating digital payment solutions, improving card economics, and developing scalable payment acceptance models across emerging markets.

The successful candidate will develop payment growth strategies, analyze issuer and acquirer economics, lead digital-first and Virtual Card Number (VCN) payment solutions, and define product requirements, customer journeys, and go-to-market plans. Responsibilities also include preparing business cases, creating implementation roadmaps, identifying transaction growth opportunities, and collaborating with product, technology, commercial, legal, and risk teams. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
