Brand Ambassador – Retail Activation

Gaia Events, a Dubai-based events and activation agency, is hiring Brand Ambassadors for a retail activation project across supermarkets, convenience stores, and hypermarkets in Dubai. The role involves engaging adult consumers, providing accurate product information, supporting in-store sales, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and client guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Engage eligible adult consumers professionally and verify age where required.

Provide accurate product information and answer consumer questions.

Support in-store sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Follow UAE regulations, retailer policies, and client compliance requirements.

Record consumer feedback and daily activity data.

Maintain a professional and organized assigned retail area.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, promotions, or brand ambassador roles.

Previous tobacco or nicotine category activation experience is strongly preferred.

Fluent spoken English and confident communication skills.

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or in a team.

Valid UAE residence visa permitting this work; visa sponsorship is not available.

Willingness to travel between assigned retail outlets in Dubai.
