Architectural Communications & Studio Coordinator Intern

Ateliers Bacha Architects, an independent architecture practice based in Dubai Design District, is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive intern to support architectural communications, branding, studio coordination, and project presentations. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about architecture, visual communication, and contemporary design.

Key Responsibilities

Develop visual content and maintain consistent branding across Instagram, LinkedIn, and the studio website.

Curate architectural drawings, renders, photography, and project documentation for publication.

Write and edit project descriptions, captions, and studio announcements.

Assist with portfolios, presentations, capability statements, and business development materials.

Coordinate meetings, schedules, correspondence, and studio documentation.

Follow up on supplier quotations, material samples, submissions, and deliveries.

Support architectural research, project presentations, and material schedules.

Key Requirements

Graduate or final-year student in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent creative software.

Strong visual judgment, creativity, and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Genuine interest in architecture, art, design, and contemporary culture.

Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership of responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

Architectural photography and video editing.

Website content management and social media management.

French or Arabic language proficiency.

Previous professional experience is an advantage but not essential.
