Social Media Community Manager

A multinational company in the FMCG and consumer goods industry is seeking a creative and strategic social media professional with experience in brand marketing, particularly in beauty and wellbeing. The role involves developing engaging content, managing online communities, identifying digital trends, and optimizing social media performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule brand-led content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels.

Develop creative copy for organic posts and paid social media campaigns.

Monitor trends, consumer conversations, and cultural opportunities to increase brand engagement.

Manage community interactions, influencer mentions, and customer queries.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams on content briefs, feedback, approvals, and social media strategies.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media brand marketing, ideally in an agency or client-side role.

Experience creating content for beauty brands; a portfolio or content profile is required for consideration.

FMCG experience and an interest in beauty and wellbeing.

Strong copywriting, creative ideation, and written communication skills.

Experience with TikTok, Instagram, content calendars, and community management.

Familiarity with social media management and listening tools such as Sprinklr or Meltwater.

Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
