Senior CRM Business Analyst - Arabic Speaker

Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams on solution design, process improvements, and requirements prioritization. Support testing, UAT, data migration, deployment, and user adoption. Prepare business documentation and ensure CRM solutions align with operational needs.

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.

Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Omnichannel, Dataverse, and Power Platform.

Expertise in requirements gathering, BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Experience with solution design, UAT, data migration, integrations, and CRM implementation.

Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
