Product Owner

Lead an AI-driven product engagement in Abu Dhabi, translating business goals into product strategy and measurable outcomes. Own backlog prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile delivery. Shape AI-powered features by defining use cases, evaluation metrics, and responsible AI guardrails. Collaborate with design, engineering, and senior stakeholders to deliver valuable, data-driven product solutions.

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management for digital products.

Strong skills in product strategy, backlog prioritization, Agile/Scrum, and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Proven experience shaping AI-powered products or features, including LLMs, RAG, copilots, or agentic workflows.

Understanding of prompts, retrieval, evaluation, hallucination risks, and responsible AI.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility: Candidates must currently reside in the UAE with a valid residence visa. Immediate to 30-day joiners preferred.
