Lead Systems Engineer

Stabilize and improve live enterprise infrastructure across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, storage, and disaster recovery. Perform hands-on remediation, backup testing, security reviews, and infrastructure improvements under formal change control. Strengthen system governance, monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness. Prepare SOPs and runbooks while transferring knowledge to the internal Systems team.

Key Requirements

10+ years of hands-on enterprise infrastructure experience.

5+ years of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure administration experience.

Proven experience stabilizing and remediating live production environments.

Strong expertise in backup and disaster recovery, including restore testing; Commvault is preferred.

Microsoft AZ-104 or equivalent certification required; ITIL Foundation is preferred.

Eligibility: Valid UAE residence visa permitting contract work, availability to start within one month, and commitment to six months of full-time onsite work. No visa sponsorship offered.
