Event Designer (2D & 3D)

BARG Events, a Dubai-based luxury event management agency, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Designer for a six-month contract, with the possibility of permanent full-time employment based on performance and business requirements. The role involves transforming creative briefs into engaging event concepts, professional presentations, and production-ready designs for corporate events, exhibitions, brand experiences, and luxury events.

Responsibilities include developing mood boards and visual concepts, designing pitch decks, event branding, invitations, signage, and other collateral, and producing realistic 3D visualizations of stages, exhibition stands, backdrops, installations, and venue setups. The designer will also prepare technical specifications, print-ready artwork, and organized production files while incorporating client feedback and collaborating with the creative director and event management team.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and experience with 3D tools such as SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D. A strong design portfolio, creativity, attention to detail, and availability during UAE working hours are essential.
