Activations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Activations Manager to lead the planning and execution of engaging brand, sponsor, and fan activations for a major sporting event in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event activations, sponsorship experiences, and on-site event operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver brand, sponsor, and fan engagement activations.

Coordinate activation concepts, logistics, suppliers, and on-site execution.

Manage activation schedules, budgets, and resources.

Ensure all activations meet quality standards and event requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, and external partners.

Oversee on-site setup, operations, and dismantling.

Monitor activation performance and resolve operational challenges.

Ensure multiple activations are delivered efficiently within tight deadlines.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in event activations, brand experiences, or sponsorship activations.

Experience delivering activations at major sporting events or large-scale events.

Strong project management and on-site operational skills.

Ability to manage multiple activations under tight timelines.

Excellent stakeholder, supplier, and coordination skills.
