Cards & Payments Solution Architect

A leading UAE bank is transforming its cards, payments, and ATM technology and is seeking an experienced Cards & Payments Solution Architect to lead solution design, payment scheme integrations, and migration initiatives across its banking platforms.

Key Requirements

Proven experience architecting card or payment solutions within a banking environment.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as ACI, FIS, Fiserv, HPS PowerCARD, or similar.

Strong knowledge of ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 standards.

Experience integrating payment schemes such as Visa and Mastercard.

Knowledge of Jaywan is an added advantage.

Experience with card management, payment switching, and ATM/POS platforms.

Strong understanding of legacy platform migration and production deployments.

UAE or GCC banking experience is a strong advantage.

Ability to clearly explain previous platform implementations, replacements, and individual contributions.

Key Responsibilities

Design solutions for card management, payment switching, and ATM/POS platforms.

Lead technical integrations with Visa, Mastercard, and Jaywan.

Plan and support customer migrations from legacy card platforms.

Collaborate with developers, testers, and vendors to deliver production changes.

Improve payment processing performance, stability, and reliability.
