Product Owner (Trade Finance)

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the Trade Finance workstream, ensuring business requirements, customer journeys, and vendor solutions align with the organisation’s target operating model and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Own Trade Finance business requirements and manage the product backlog.

Collaborate with China Systems product teams throughout discovery, design, development, testing, and rollout.

Define and validate business requirements, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.

Lead business process design and customer journey development.

Maintain requirements traceability from business objectives through implementation.

Support UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off.

Drive decisions on process design, product configuration, priorities, and scope.

Coordinate functional sign-offs and bridge communication between business stakeholders and vendor teams.

Key Requirements

Strong Trade Finance domain knowledge.

Experience in product ownership, business analysis, or banking transformation.

Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.

Experience with process design, requirements traceability, and UAT.

Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
